Datil Well Recreation Area

Seldom-visited 18,869-acre Withington Wilderness area ranging between 6,800 and 10,000 foot elevations has few trails. Located in the northeastern area of the San Mateo Mountains, Withington Wilderness includes hiking, backpacking, hunting, and wildlife viewing.
