Socorrofest began in 2003 to honor and celebrate the FREE State of Socorro. This event is a way to enjoy our historic Plaza and involve the community, as well as visitors, enticing participants with music, arts & crafts vendors, food booths, children’s events, and a large beer and wine tent.
